出版的使徒工作，應該設法使宣傳達到最大發展的程度；因為，如果印刷品不能散發出去，祇充塞在倉庫裡，那麼寫作和印製都毫無用處。所以，要把眼光放在宣傳上；靠著宣傳，書籍才可以增多，而轉入讀者們的手中。
從各方面來看，這是一件很困難的事。為此，必須多多祈禱，常要在恭拜聖體時，把這件事託付給上主。
宣傳或傳播，並不是最困難的事，而是最需要的工作。必須要有很多的睿智、健康和熱枕。編輯提供耶穌基督的思想，宣傳則把這思想傳達給人。的確，耶穌基督給與使徒們去實行的命令之中，以這個最為重要：「你們往普天下去，向一切受造物宣傳福音。」（谷十三15）
請注意：普天下和一切受造物。
宣傳不那麼高貴嗎？不是的。更辛苦嗎？在某些方面更辛苦；可是，這是實修愛德和謙遜，也是使本會成功的秘訣。
耶穌基督教訓我們，不可等待人來，而要去找他們。使徒應該如同導師那樣，把天主之言，傳往各地的城市鄉鎮，甚至傳到最遙遠的人家。使徒應該梯山航海，前往各地尋找所有的人，好能「照明一總的人」（瑪五15）。他應該關心每一個人靈，每一個家庭，每一個堂區。他要組織書店，培養熱心人士，進入所有的社團，勸導工廠的廠長、學校的校長，以及那些有權力的人……一切工作都要做得細到。
書籍多如瀚海。從各出版社印製的書，真像江河巨流一般。在義大利和其他各國，出版社正在一天天的增多。
然而，最重要的，是要使書能傳到讀者手中，能接觸人靈。有逾越節；這是救贖人類的慶節。還有五旬節；這是把贖世之功，應用於人類的慶節。贖世大功，已在加爾瓦略山上告成；可是，應該使它的功效普及人靈。否則有何用處？
所以，應該把傳播和宣傳的工具，全部加以利用。出版的使徒工作，如果沒有傳播，可以把它比作一盞放在斗下的燈，一個沒有子女的家庭。有善書面堆放在倉庫裡，不能照明人靈。正如子女眾多，表示父母的活力，保證遠大的未來，同樣廣泛的宣傳，證明一個人懷有真正使徒的心神。
宣傳要名智
訓練製作的人才，必須經過長期辛苦的學習。關於技術方面，也要有充分的準備；可是，對於宣傳工作，卻還更需要多多的學習。派遣那些身體健康的修女，去進行宣傳工作，固然需要；可是，必須使她們得到更多的知識。她們應該知道各種書籍、創新的東西、傳播的方法。不可輕易地把宣傳變作勸募或半勸募的形式。宣傳工作真不容易：首先它是一件辛苦的工作。凡是從事這種工作的，能立許多許多的功勞。這工作不容易做，因為要不斷地棄絕自己。進行宣傳時，真要隨時實行那句話：「棄絕自己。」（瑪十六24）如果宣傳得聰明而得法，就能產生更多的成果。
如果從事這項使徒工作，首先必須知道書的內容；其次必須知道人靈的需要；第三必須知道怎樣去滿足這些需要。宣傳人員的學問和訓練，就在乎此。她們應該不斷地學習。
有人說，既然如此，那麼就應該設立第三種學校了。妳們看！不是設立像製作和技術那樣的學校；不過，一所真正的學校，一種真正的傳授學習是必要的。至於怎樣設立這種學校，妳們自己去研究吧！
今天應該特別注意集體的宣傳。它使我們能接觸更多的人，且能節省時間，把它用為其他必要的事。使徒工作必須發揮最大的效率，為光榮天主，拯救人靈。
傳報福音者和傳報和平者的腳步是被祝福的
教會的婢女是受祝福的，因為她們具有像這位慈母那樣的愛心。
天主的旅行者是受祝福的，她們在修院神秘的默靜中，研究世間的道路，以便日後去行走那些道路，接近人靈。
那些上主的天使是受祝福的，她們去尋找那些已經失去或從未學過教會道路的人。
這些耶穌的郵差是受祝福的，她們把愛的福音帶給每一個家庭。
這些熱心的司鐸合作的助手是受祝福的，她們在默默中，宣講道路、真理和生命的耶穌基督。
她們是受祝福的，因為她們所過之處，留下百合花、玫瑰花和紫羅蘭的芳香。
這些對聖母瑪利亞，仰法其美表者是受祝福的，聖母將耶穌授給了牧人、東方賢士和門徒們，又把祂獻於聖殿，賜給世界。
那些聖保祿的孝女是受祝福的，她們懷有像這位慈父那樣的心，把這位慈父的訓詞傳達給人，又同這位慈父一起受苦、祈禱、工作，走完天主給她們所指定的路程。
從世界各地，都有路通往同一個集合點：耶穌是在那裡，祂已與妳們約定了：「妳們被祝福的！妳們來吧！到我父親的王國裡來吧！」（參閱瑪廿五 34）
願天主、父、子、聖神的祝福，降在她們身上，陪同她們，引導她們前進，收穫永久的果實，為天主的光榮，世人的和平。
聖母瑪利亞，是我們進行使徒工作時，尤其是在進行宣傳時的希望。讓我們把全部的宣傳工作託給聖母，求她把手放在我們頭上，使我們能明智地進行宣傳工作，能按照天主和教會所要的目的去進行，且能做得有功勞，又有成果。
所以，讓我們把自己託付給聖母瑪利亞，求她看顧我們、聖化我們，使我們明智地去進行宣傳的工作，並使我們能找到妥善準備的人心，以便在他們身上，收穫豐盛的善果。
