（2015年修會百年慶祝——林竹妹修女發願40年感言）
今年是獻身生活年及修會一百歲，我有幸搭上這個列車慶祝發願40週年。當我的朋友看見我的名字也在請帖慶祝的上頭，就開玩笑對我說:
「看不出你已經發願40年了…」
「ㄟ，你是說我還年輕?還是我還沒活出這40年的恩典? 」
朋友笑笑沒回答我，只是淺淺的問我: 「你有遺憾過嗎?」
「嗯，沒遺憾過，只是面對一些低潮時，曾懷疑過…。」
回顧40年來的修道生活，看到天主以豐沛的恩典陪伴我走過每一時刻：當我滿懷信心時，當我歡天喜地時，當我跌跌撞撞時，當我沮喪看不到光明時，當我面對使徒工作不被接納了解時…，都充滿天主的恩典。修道生活就是相信天主上智的照顧，做祂的旨意，我實在一無所缺。
除了感恩還是感恩：若非天主時刻的看顧、修會姊妹的接納包容、家人的鼓勵支持、修會不斷給予培育及週遭貴人的扶助、提醒…我哪能有發願40年慶祝呢?
在此我引用某聖人的三句話來勉勵自己和大家分享：
「人的生活是為了光榮天主，人的生命是為了看見天主，我們的生命對天主相信多少，天主就做多少。」
我祈求慈母瑪利亞教導我們藉著禮儀和聖事，與天主聖三日益密切的生活在一起，好使我們的整個生命，成為一遍聖三光榮經。
