朝拜聖體不單單是祈禱而已，它實實在在是去探訪，就像你與所愛的人，例如你的母親、你的父親碰面一樣。探訪的目的，是為了確立我們在基督耶穌內的生活，為了活出祂。換句話說，是為了耶穌，偕同耶穌，並在祂內建立我們的生命。
