你們需要常守靜默，幫助自己成聖：首先，多多祈禱；其次，真正成為遵守奉獻生活規矩的好榜樣；然後，在福傳工作中盡力而為，善用每一天為天主服務。（AP 1959, p. 82）
It is necessary that you enter into peaceful observance, always wanting to help yourselves to become holy: help yourselves first with prayers; secondly, with a good example of religious life proper observant; then with working in the apostolate and using the day well at the service of God (AP 1959, p. 82).
