要讓人認識耶穌基督「道路、真理和生命」：也就是說，耶穌基督已賜給我們最聖善的倫理，揭示了最高的信仰真理；給了我們救恩的方法，也就是聖事。(Pr 1, 118)
Make Jesus Christ known as «Way, Truth and Life»: that is, Jesus Christ inasmuch as he has given us a most holy morality; he revealed to us very high truths of faith; he has given us the means of salvation, which are the Sacraments (Pr 1, 118)
